Crankshaft repair

Does anyone have a source for 2 stroke crankshaft repair? This is for a 1991 70TLRP. I have a inner main bearing that needs replaced.

Northern Illinois. I tried the ebay route and the one they sent had noisy mains as well. I was also wondering about the made in china new crankshafts. I'm leary though.
