Different temperatures in exhaust manifolds 4.3L

My friend had to pull his engine, (4.3L V6), to replace the ring gear.
Put it back in the water today, everything seems good. We just noticed the left manifold was running at 106F, the right side at 86F. Water temps 75F
Is this any cause for concern, or anything that should be looked into?

zero cause for concern both sides are cool by exhaust manifold standards. Normal and very common that the manifolds have a noticeable temp difference especially if boat is on trailer and leaning one way

Would say you are getting excellent cooling water flows based off temps given
