Evinrude Trim Rebuild

I am wondering if anyone on here is aware of a rebuild service in Canada (ideally Winnipeg) for Evinrude Trim and Tilt Units. I have a 2008 Etec 90 Hp with a single cylinder trim and tilt unit that is leaking. I am considering replacing the seals to fix the leak, but with the specialty tools and parts it is approaching a rebuild price. I found Five Star Marine in Florida that will rebuild a unit or sells rebuilt units and they look like a great option. I am wondering if there is anyone in Canada that does this? Thanks.
