First boat issues.

I recently bought a 94 model pontoon that has a 1988 johnson 88 engine that was rebuilt in 2024. It ran great the first 2 trips to lake until we were heading in for day on 2nd trip and it died. It would start back but had extremely rough idle and would bog and die when given throttle. The primer solenoid was leaking at times so I replaced that with no change then when I replaced the fuel pump it started and ran perfectly on muffs. So I figured that was issue. Took it out last Sunday and it started at dock best yet then ran best it's ran for about 15 minutes or so. Then as we were running along at about 10 mph it just died. Back to same symptoms as before. Took it home still would only rough idle and bog. 2 lower cylinder plugs looked much dryer/whiter than top 2. All seemed to be getting fire. So ordered rebuild kits for carbs and have cleaned them in ultrasonic cleaner and just waiting on kits to arrive. Tested stator charge coils tested in middle of spec signal wires are slightly high ohms at 610. Powerpak is new cdi electronics and I have a known good used OEM power pack. Does anyone have any input on if I should be doing anything else. After breaking down 2 out of 3 trips my wife isn't happy and I really don't want to pull this thing 30 miles to lake again and only get 15-20 minutes of use. Sorry for long post.
