After removing the cover of one of the 2 D6 350 volvo penta we found the top of the engine block full with diesel fuel ! What kind of damage can cause this and how the investigation proccess will be step by step?

With the much fuel have you sen any white smoke?

I would start with pulling injectors and look for a bad O-ring or cracked injector.
