Have a 1993 Suzuki dt90 that is having issues

It idles and revs up fine in and out of gear when hooked to muffs at house. But when I take it to the lake and try to accelerate it won't it bogs down. Changed fuel lines and everything to do with the tank. I rebuilt the carbs and fuel pump. Changed spark plugs. Checked the reeds they were good.
 
They all sound good on a hose, even with a dead cylinder.-----Post compression values.-----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" on each lead?
