Having stalling issues

Hello I have twin 97 seamax engines I had to replace the starboard side long block two years ago. This year the starboard engine started to over heat after running on plane for an hour. I replaced impeller, impeller housing, manifolds and risers. Did barnacle buster through the heat exchangers and now the same engine stalls or wants to stall please help if their are any mechanics in the Boston area willing to come look at it that would be great

Fuel injection tbi I did the manifolds before I knew of the overheat and the impetter housing was leaking from the weep hole so that needed to be done but taking the boat out today to see if it still is or not

I'd check the fuel pressure....you'll likely need an adapter which isn't cheap or commonly stocked...
