Honda 225 MIL alarm on start up

We have 2006 Honda 225, a few weeks ago one of them started alarming sometimes. Not everytime we were out. Seemed to do it when we throttled down. Alarm continued and became more often. We replaced O2 sensor as we did some research and that seemed a likely cause. After replacing without issue, started engine and alarm sounds immediately now. We disconnected batteries to try and reset and also did the paperclip shunt and kill switch clear. Started the engine again and it still alarmed immediately. We also checked the in line fuel/water separator, no water. Suggestions?
Edit: also checked the codes with paper clip shunt and think we got 1 short, 4 long and 1 short. I have a video.

Your codes 1 and 41 both can be due to a faulty HO2 sensor. (Code 41 has to do with a failure in the HO2 heater circuit.) However, a misfiring spark plug, a failing coil, or fuel pressure out of spec can also throw a code 1.

First thing to do is check all of the wiring on the HOS connector, all the way back to the ECU plug. Check the connector to make sure it's clean and no corrosion.

If nothing there, pull your spark plugs and look for evidence of misfiring on one or more of them. If all plugs are sooty, the HOS is not working.

I've never tried doing that and personally would not risk it. You might be able to do it assuming that you have a motor extender or platform that you can stand on.. but remember that you need to loosen and pull down the cowling to get to the #6 plug.

Changed spark plugs, added N100 per the Honda mechanic. Cleared alarms. Started it, alarmed but kept it running. Turned off started it again. No alarm. Turned off for 10 mins. Started again, now alarm again.

If you are getting an alarm, which red panel lights are coming on? Or is the green oil light out? If you are getting a MIL (Check Engine) light, you will likely be getting a code, so pull fault codes again.

I've attached a table of alarms and light combinations that may help you pinpoint the problem.

When you say "intermittent beeps" is that about 1 every second for about 1/2 second duration?

Does the green light flash on when you first turn on the key and get the 2 beeps from the alarm? And does the green light come on when the engine has just started to run?

Either way, pull codes again and let us know what you get.

Yes to every 1 second and 1/2 sec interval.
Yes green light flashes and alarm turns off then stays off for about 30 sec after engine starts then alarms. Green light stays on while running.
Clearing and getting codes again.

Cleared codes and then tried to check for more codes. No codes. Light did not blink at all stayed steady. Removed paper clip. Started engine. Alarming again with same alarm.
Pulled codes again. Only 41 this time.

Well, OK. Code 41 is the HO2 heater circuit. Check your connections, especially at the plug. If I recall correctly, the two white wires are the sensor circuit. The Yellow/black wire is the power circuit to the sensor. Use a good voltmeter. Connect voltmeter red to Y/BL pin on the harness side and voltmeter black to ground. Turn on key switch. You should see battery voltage on the voltmeter. If not, trace the Y/BL wire to it's source (either the main relay or the ECU, I forget which) and look for any problems. Battery voltage should be going down the wire when the key switch is on. If you do get battery voltage, either the HO2 sensor heater circuit has failed, or the wire from the plug to the sensor has failed. In either case you will need to replace the HO2 sensor again.
