Honda 225 Water in intake manifold

Is it normal to find water in the intake manifold of the Honda 225? And if not, what can I do about it?

No it's not normal,take the spark plugs out and see if there is any sign of water in any of the cylinders. Does the motor run okay?

Thanks iang6766,638111. The motor has RPM fails, the RPM goles from 4600 to 3000 and don't increase, i'll check the spark plugs.
