Identifying Model / Year Mercury 25 HP OA945383

Trying to identify the Model / Year of my Mercury 25 HP OA945383.

I have never had a problem with this motor till the other day.

It will crank but won't start, and it is getting gas. So I assume it has no spark.

Where did you come up with this? I have searched google and saw nothing. I also have a OB338776 I think I found it, but is it the same? Is this a Belgium motor
