Johnson 140hp 1993, water pressure

I have a 1993 Johnson 140hp V4 and am installing a water pressure gauge.
Can any one tell me the normal water pressure at tick over and at full revs?

Depends on where you are tapping in.... but at idle don't wont less than 5psi and WOT will be 15psi +

Thx, There is a t-piece already installed just above the tell tale outlet inside the engine couling so I was going to tap in there.
What pressure would you expect to see from a non functioning water pump?
