Johnson Evinrude 1992 25hp Lower Front Rubber Mount

Hi all I have a 1992 Johnson 25hp where the lower front rubber mount has come apart from one of the plates, as pictured.
Part number is 0321469 but is now obsolete.

Was wondering if there was a way the rubber mount can be reattached to the plate, if anyone has tried or knows?

Apparently it is done by a heat injection process at the factory so the rubber bit binds properly to the 2 plates.

For anyone who has a similar issue to me and needs to repair one of these mounts, give Loctite 480 a go. Has worked out very well reattaching the alloy plate to the rubber mount, after getting advice from their technical support team.

Thank you fdrgator for this info as I am going to let them know seeing they advised to use this over Loctite 401.
So far I have had no issues with the repair.

Spoke to Loctite support again and they said all their strong adhesives are not for constant water immersion so if motor is not in water all the time and is in and out even for a full day, that's fine. Worth a repair due to scarcity of the part now.
