KAD31 Oil Leak

Noticed this oil leak on my Volvo Penta KAD31 diesel engine. I believe this is the charge air cooler from the Turbo. Any known issues on oil leaks in this area? Sure hoping it is not oil pooling inside of the cooler!

Most likely the turbo is leaking into the cooler, pull the insert and see if it's covered with oil.

If that is the case, does that mean it is likely due for a re-build?
