Low speed vibration, and stalling 2023 Mercury V6 200HP DTS

My Mercury engine, out of warranty as I am not original owner stalling while trolling or operating at low speed. Engine has less than 50 hours, was properly winterized and commissioned for the season. It has fresh fuel. Any ideas? Thank you!
