Lower Unit Gear Oil -opinions

Curious as to what you guys think ? Is there some slight water intrusion in this ? I know usually a milkshake color, this is like an army green. No increase in drained volume from fill volume. I changed this when I got the motor beginning of summer, it was black. Refilled with fresh, ran the summer, changed just to mainly see if I had any seals issues. 1973 Evinrude 50hp Lark motor.

Pressure test the gearcase.-----If seals are original ( 50 years old ) I would not hesitate to install a seal kit.
