Merc 9.9 2006 won't revv up and excessive smoke

Hey folks!
I have Mercury 2006 9.9 kicker and it just won't rev up. It seems like running rich with lots smoke coming from exhaust when revved up then often dies when released throttle.

So far I cleaned carburator multiple times and checked all the orifices. Replaced accelerator pump diaphragm (had some cracks) but it didnt change anything.

Soaked cylinders with deep creep for two days.
Compression is 148 top and 138 bottom.

Checked exhaust manifold? (right bellows the power head with 6 bolts) - it had some wet soot but nothing changed after cleaning.

I've been adjusting mixture screw both ways with minimum improvement.

Not sure where to go from now. Any suggestions?

Blue smoke is oil. Gasoline burns black. Just for grins, mix up some 1:50 parts of TC-W3 oil to gasoline/ethanol in a separate tank. Find a place in your engine to block the internal oil storage so that no stored oil in the engine compartment will flow into the stream of gas.......assuming that this engine has such.

Clean your plugs..."Brake parts cleaner" is a good tool for that and cheap. Dries without leaving residue. If the gap is eroded, get new ones.

Pump the squeeze bulb till firm, set the throttle at the start position, and attempt to start the engine.

What happens?

This is 4 stoke. Im not sure if your external oil method is applicable.

Plugs been cleaned. Pump is as hard as can get🤷

Wish I could send a video..

Blue smoke is still oil. But on the rest of it, I didn't know your engine was a 4 stroke. Check your oil level in your crankcase. Is it dropping after you have attempted to run it for awhile. If so what does the engine have for a fuel pump? You said you serviced the accelerator pump....is that your fuel pump? If you have a fuel pump that has a diaphragm and one side of the diaphragm is exposed to crankcase oil, if it leaks that could put (crankcase) oil into your fuel and cause the blue smoking.

Just rambling through some thoughts: Oil has to have an origin.....crankcase is the only origin????? Your "Mixture screws" are only there for air to fuel ratio changes........get a clean white tissue and remove the screws and lay the tips on the tissue. Is there just fuel, or fuel and oil?

Is the crankcase vented, like a vented cap on the crankcase....or some other way? If the cap, remove it and see if anything changes. If it's supposed to be vented and the vent is blocked, the crankcase could build up pressure (via heat) that could slip by the piston rings and cause your smoke. If not vented, see if you can find a vent (tube) and ensure that it's open and can function as designed.

Check out these ideas and get back.
