Mercruiser Shift Lever Identification and Loose Screw Fix

Hi all, I have a 2009 Rinker with a 6.2 Mercruiser MX MPI. I noticed a couple loose screws behind the shift/throttle lever (circled in red). Anyone able to identify this shift lever and help me with the steps to gain access to these screws? And how tight should they be? TIA!

I think that is a Quicksilver Commander 4000. Do a search and see if that helps. Saw a Youtube vid that may help.
 
It looks luke it is a Commander 4000 gen II

The push button (item 7) where arm pivots where the emblem is Pops out. Then it looks like there is a hex nut (Item 6) that holds it in place. Id this is true, then removing the hex nut will allow limited removal of shift arm and should allow you to reach thise two screws.

Thanks! Any secret to getting piece #7 to pop out? Does the lever need to be at specific angle before prying it out?

And can you send the link to that parts diagram?
 
Google search Commander 4000 gen II.
Also can you see the name at the top of the image.....I may cook but I dont hand feed!!
