Mercury 150 xr6 prop help

I have a 05 xr6 with the turbo 1 prop. M14 and 1/4x19 the prop blades look great but the prop tube appears to be warped or bent. When you spin the prop by hand you can see its out of round. The prop shaft looks true and the blades look great its just the tube. I can't figure out how it would be bent or warped and the blades be in excellent shape. Another question if I have to replace the prop I found a 3 blade Solas aluminum prop will I notice a big performance difference in the props
