Mercury 175hp Black Max troubles!

I just installed a new solenoid and I rebuilt the starter and tested each before installing and they both worked, but after install "crap!" Some guidance would be greatly appreciated! I'm attaching photo for reference if someone sees something I missed.

Update:

I've replaced the rectifier and I still can't get it to fire off! A friend recommended that I checked the ohms going to the stator from the yellow wires before disconnecting the old rectifier (reading was 0.I) on both wires. I've charged my batteries due the them being older, and even used a jump box, and nothing!

Some guidance please!
