Jeff, thanks, I am impressed with your economy of words - or, another way, maybe some C4 to remove them .
I am thinking the clamps are sacrificial; however, then is there a tool to install new ones?
Is there an industry name for these clamps?

They are "pinch clamps". They typically used on poly tube and you cut them off with a side cutters and they make a pinch clamp tool to install them.

So pinch clamps and pinch clamp tool.
