Hey all - just a few questions about my throttle control. It's the same one as the one pictured here in this reddit post
I am not looking to replace, though I managed to break the tabs for the "shell" as I use it to stabilize myself while micro-adjusting throttle underway instead of the throttle handle itself.. I can worry about fixing that on my own.
What I am curious about is feeling between gears. It slides in and out of neutral no problem (via the button) but when in actual drive modes it's doesn't have much feedback/prominence when going from Neutral to D or R. The feeling when moving between gears (like when parking for example or when backing out of the trailer) is like crunchy & tough with tension and there is no real distinct feel between gears. I've learned how to deal with it after use, but is there a way to get that cleaned up? Is it the cable itself? I threw some grease on the internals and that didn't seem to help much.
