Need help with my 60hp 4 stroke Mercury

Ok guys, I have a 2006 60hp 4 stroke Mercury EFI. After running WOT for about 10 min it starts missing on #2 and #3 cylinders. I have narrowed it down to no fuel from those injectors. Things I have done are new injectors, checked fuel pressure at the vst tank, it is running 46psi at all times. All new fuel lines, also tried an ECM from another 60hp the same year and still the same thing. I have had the Mercury scanners run on it and no codes are showing even when it acts up. After it cools down it will run fine for another 10 minutes or so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If its getting no fuel and your testing is correct its ECU or harness...get a noid light and test to see if power drops to injector.

thanks for the info! I am going to try the harness seeing that it done the same thing with a different ECM. Thanks for the help!
