Need ignition switch: 1993 mercury mariner 150 magnum

I have a 1993 Mercury Mariner 150 Magnum II and it appears the ignition switch is failing

1. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement and how do I find the specific part number

2. Is there a way to test the current one with a multimeter?

3. Is it possible to “hot wire” to make sure something else is not failing

I forgot to mention, the existing switch has ten wires (although two are not connected to anything)

In addition to starting the engine the existing switch is “push to choke”
 
Symptoms:
- Turning key produces no result
- If I jiggle it a little in the 2 position, I can get it to sound the oil alarm
- Turning it to the 3 position does nothing
- A couple of weeks ago if I jiggled it in the 3 position, I could crank the engine… now nothing

Battery Voltage: 12.5 V
