New to the site; just picked up a boat with a mercury outboard. Don't know anything about the motor. Can't find anything with the serial number. I did get a cross reference; but still don't know the year or anything. Not sure if it's ob287771 or 08287771. That's all that's on the motor. The cross reference number that came up on the computer is 1100422bd. The cover says..100 hp; oil injection w/power trim.
