Needing help. I have a 2006 MFS25B has no fire

I stared it the other day it ran fine for about 20 minutes on muffs I shut it down now it has no spark nothing. I tested the kill lanyard,checked the grounds,has fuel pressure 43 psi, is their a way to reset the system or ecm or anything I'm at a loss right now
 
So yesterday I got home from work and started it run good. Shut off down. Restarted it all good. Had to work on other things so I came back later the evening and no start no spark. I'm think maybe a ground when it starts I hear a beep and red light but I know it's not going to spark their will be no beep or light little confused on it
