No acceleration

2016 75hp mercury 4 stroke efi replaced plugs, coils, all fuel filters, there is no fuel bulb in this system. Fuel is clean and new. Check valve has been by passed and checked . Engine will not take acceleration. Bogs and stalls then I get an alarm loud beep I replaced the fuel assembly which is both fuel pumps and the fuel pressure regulator. I bought an after market one. Not O E

Continuous beep is either overheat, low oil pressure or low oil level.

Note the motor maybe fine it may just be a sensor has gone bad.

Engine has less than 300 miles on it. So I see no reason for low oil pressure. I have changed the thermostat and I rebuilt the waterpump so I don't feel it's a cooling issue. Engine has been well maintained with oil and filter changed every 50 or less hours. Not sure where the temp sensor or oil pressure sender are. But I'll try to find them.
