Power trim wont go down amp bellews question

"It would appear that either the power contacts on your "down" relay are no good, or the wiring/connections at the relay or at the pump (or the wiring itself) are no good.

If the "up" and "down" relays are identical, try to swap them. If that reverses the problem (that is, now the outdrive goes down but not up), then the problem is the relay. If nothing changes, the problem shoud be either in the wiring to the down relay, or the wiring from the down relay to the pump."
