Transom is old, dry rotted and cracking. I was planning to remove, cut exact pieces from new ply, seal and bolt back on.
It appears to be simple bolt on pieces.
I also have some small gapping in the corner joints of the bottom back of the boat, which might be the source of the leaking. I was planning to flex seal these joints. Or maybe outdoor silicone. Any recommendations?
