I got this outboard with an aluminum boat. It runs OK at idle and wide open, but it's rough at partial throttle.
I have the serial number but I'm not sure what the model is. Any help provided is greatly appreciated.

Not much difference between the two. I would adjust the idle jets to be a little more rich (more fuel) at idle. Sounds like when making the transition for idle jets to main jets, it's starving for gas. I'd also recommend looking for a youtube video on the "link and sync" procedures for the motor just to make sure the carbs are opening and timing advancing the correct amount at the correct time.

The seller had the jet as lean as it would go. I moved it richer and it seemed to help.
 
I broke the tiller somehow. I would really like to add remote controls. I thought I wanted a tiller but my old shoulders do not appreciate it.
