Still having issues. 95 mercy 115

Here is a video link.
It runs great, other than when i come off plane it runs like this 95% of the time. Seems like its still trying to fire the two cylinders that have shut off.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Try putting some preload on the throttle cable where it connects on the throttle lever. Take the cable loose from the lever, and adjust the barrel to lengthen the cable a couple turns. It will help close the carburetor butterfly tighter and may help your problem. Worked for me!
