Would not having a wedge on the port side tilt stem cause undo stress on the starboard stem? Is 2 wedges overkill or necessary? What form of trailering support is best recommended by this site. The single post m-y-wedge, motor transom stick or others? Brand new motor and routinely travel 3 hr highway miles one way to go fishing.
Any chance of getting a picture of this setup on your motor to see exactly where you are place the wood block. Don’t have immediate access to the boat. Where I set my 2”X2” will be different than where you need to place yours depending on trailer height, transom height and lower unit length.Any chance of getting a picture of this setup on your motor to see exactly where you are place the wood block. Thanks in advance.
