Throttle cable

I have a 225 Honda . Throttle is tight as hell. I disconnected it at both ends and even forced kroil thought it with compressed air and it is still tight. Question is with out pulling it out how do I determine the correct length? It’s on a 22’ Grady seafarer.

The only way you will know for sure is to pull the cable and measure it. And if you are going to replace the throttle cable, also replace the shift cable.
