Tilt Cylinder Seals

So I need to replace the tilt cylinder seals. I was just wondering it anyone knows of the correct distance between the location holes and the size/depth of the holes. I need to buy the tool to do the job and just want to make sure I buy the correct one. Not real easy to get a ruler in there to measure.

So I'm about to look at this further. Reading the manual it just says top up with hydraulic fluid. Can you us power steering fluid or automatic transmission fluid. Looking at the side of the bottles there doesn't seem to be a lot of difference.
