Trim motor on 1989 Johnson 110

My engine is stuck half way do

My engine is stuck half way down and the trim motor locked up I have taking the 3 bolts out of both sides of the mount for the hydraulic assembly to get to the screws that hold the trim motor on but i cannot move the assembly out of the bracket and the pin holding the main hydraulic is seized

there is a manual release screw on the side of the unit.
