Hi, all. I've got a 1976 Evinrude 70673D with no power T&T. Picking up a good used powerhead this weekend for spare parts, and to have another good powerhead if needed later on, and the person selling it also has a T&T unit he's willing to sell me as well. I'd like to know if it will attach to my motor, or if it's just simply incompatible. Part number on the bracket is 333010, comes with all the wiring and controller box, but doesn't appear to have a switch.
I'm fine doing some simple wiring work to add one onto my dashboard. I am planning later on to find the adapter harness and a newer generation remote to replace the old Evinrude Power Pilot remote I have now since it's not in the best condition at all, so I'm sure I can wire the T&T to that later, too.
