it was ran for 15 minutes with

it was ran for 15 minutes without water line on. started beeping and the engine cut down. i replaced the water pump impeller and started it. started to beep constantly and the temperature gauge won't work. engine is running cool enough but still is beeping. also engine still wont run at full speed.
 
"You get an alarm for low oil

"You get an alarm for low oil pressure, high water temperture or high exhaust temperature. You also may not be reaching more that 2500 RPM because the engine may have gone into "engine protection mode". The symptoms you describe could be due to a faulty sensor or because your engine became damaged after running 15 minutes without water."
