This might be nothing, but I just noticed water pouring from a crease between the cowling while flushing the motor. I barely had the water on, as I've read it's bad to put high pressure water into the flush port. I think I sniffed out where the water is coming from.
This tube with the braided sheath goes down into the bottom of the cowling. You can see the head bolt next to it.
The last picture isn't very clear, but I can see the fitting (looks brass) in the crease between the two plastic body pieces and that is where the water is misting and pouring out of.
Is this something I need to fix?
