Westerbeke 6.5 mcg gen. issue

Hello all. Having an issue with my Westerbeke 6.5 mcg not producing power. The genny has 77 hours on it. It runs but does not produce enough power. I ran a diagnostics on it and have alot of "Low dc voltage at startup" events in the log. anyone ever have this problem? thanks jt

have you checked the battery and the condition of the battery cables and connections?

yes. new batteries and there is 13.6 volts going to the gen.

Is it a underspeed alarm ? If so its a bad MPU, I fought one for weeks over this
