What to use on fuel line that broke?

What could I do besides replacing the complete fuel pump. The nipple part broke off so I put son jb weld on and it held up with ears on but once in water it wore off, what kind of adhesive could I use? Thank you in advance

There is nothing that will glue it together..it a type of PE plastic.

So replacement is best option.....trying not to spend $400 on new fuel pump just for fitting but if need be. Trying to explore more options thank you

Try some Marine Tex on it.

A new housing may be available.----Failing that , call your local shops as they must have used pumps laying around gathering dust.

Is there enough thickness in the pump body to drill, tap, and thread in a brass hose barb adapter?

I wonder if the housing on my 1989 50hp VRO2 is the same as your 130? I would think my 50hp housing is smaller, but I don't know that for sure. Anyone know? I'm in the process of changing mine over to use the 48 Special pump due to a bad diaphragm in this VRO pump.

Housings are the same size.-----Fittings / configuration of them is different.
