i have yamaha engine mark 6AH Y-1 , there is no sickers so i can know what model and year is it , can someone help?

Look at the carburetor and CDI box for letters and or numbers. What do you see?

Do you think that might be a four stroke F15 and not a two stroke 15?

You say that you know it is a 4 stroke but you did not tell us. The absence of an F in front of the 15 told me it was a two stroke. A four stroke would be an F15.

I went off on a wild goose chase looking for information regarding a two stroke 15. Only to discover that you might have had a four stroke F15.

Can I assume that is the CDI assembly?

Absent any other meaningful information all that I can say is that it is an F15 of some flavour. Between 2006 and 2024.

Only you will know if it has a short shaft or a long shaft. Only you will know if it is electric start or manual start. Only you will know if it has power tilt or not. Only you will know if it has a tiller handle or not.
