Yamaha 9.9 tilt bypass valve location?

This is my second threat on this, and I think the simplest thing to do is just use the hydraulic bypass valve if there is one to put the motor down. Can anyone tell me where that might be located?

Thanks for this, just taking a quick look at it it looks like if that 10 amp fuse is open, that would affect the tilting as well as alternator charging?
See attached picture, I assume this is the fuse? Before I had this schematic and knew what it was, I assumed it might be a fuse and I fiddled with it a bit but didn't seem to be able to remove the cover of it, is there a trick?
