Yamaha f40 carb problems

After driving at trolling speed for 30-60minutes and if i try to accelerate after that the motor starts to bog down and i have to pump the gas up and down for a while to get it to work again. But if running the motor a bit harder it works perfect. My float bowls arent parallel to the carb body when inspected cant remember the height at the moment so could it be too low float height symptoms feel like it? But my spark plugs look like this kinda rich to me so its making me think it cant be from the floats. I have the screws set at 1.5 turns open. Carburetors have been cleaned many times with ultrasonic and poked all holes by hand
