Got a test procedure for me for that Primestart? Is that the device on the top with an electrical pigtail? Or is that just a choke? It's so lifeless I expect to find a big booger in the jets, but it ran fine up to last oct when I pulled it out.

Yup, that main jet was uuuuuugggly and so was the idle jet. Alll good now, but I need to do the prop seals and the seal collar oes NOT want to come off, and now that I jiggled it a bit after pulling the two bolts, if I just put those bolts back in it will probably leak even IF I can get the seals out the back. Any wisdom about gettting that seal collar off?
