    I find the 1/4" easier, and less likely to rub when trimmed up or Raised. Never used the glue. No need, never saw an issue. No leakage.

    kghost, has the best answers. As to the speedohose, be sure to clip it to the intake H20 hose to keep from pinching. Use the Stainless Steel Bellows Clamps not glue. Positioning the clamp screw is important, don't think tightening with a screwdriver. Use a 1/4" wobble extension with a 1/4"...

    Remember that you have limit switches for your tilt trim. Those maybe confusing you as to the partial trim observation. Also, fill the tilt Res. When the unit is fully up, not down.

    Engine numbers and drive numbers should be on a tag on the aircleaners plastic cover top. However it's easy to monitor temp of the risers under use. Just feel each one for similar temps.

    About 35 psi on the Guage. That has a high and low pressure pump. Be sure your filters are clean.

    Yes, of course the trunnions Must be Free to move easily. Then you won't burnout trying to align the shaft
