    Honda 225 coils

    Would like to get some input on resistance readings on my coils. On 4 out of the 6 the readings are roughly about the same 4.5 ohms. But on 2 of them the reading is about 2 ohms . Is it possible that they could be bad. Thanks for any imput

    Throttle cable

    I have a 225 Honda . Throttle is tight as hell. I disconnected it at both ends and even forced kroil thought it with compressed air and it is still tight. Question is with out pulling it out how do I determine the correct length? It’s on a 22’ Grady seafarer. Thanks , G

    Honda 225oil leak

    I have a Honda 225 2002. I have an oil leak somewhere above the lower unit. It is coming out where the two 14 mm bolts are that connect the steering arm. It seems to be coming out from where the oil pan is. Any ideas on what to check ? Thank you, Gary

    Ok . So I have a 2002 Honda 225 outboard. The engine runs great. Thanks to chalkman , what a great help. Replaced all filters.EVERYTHING is clean. Then engine runs great up to 3500. It just won’t go over 3500. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
