I don't know what prop normally comes on the boat, but should be able to reach WOT
Looked at a couple grady's and found a boat test on a 218 which had a 250hp Yam using a 15x15.25 prop reaching 44.8mph at 5900 RPM

If this motor came from a twin engine or lighter boat it would have a higher pitch prop. Could also be the prior owner wanted to keep the prop it had and installed another
