115 mercury 4 stroke efi long beep then dies

running out of ideas,

I have a 115 4 stroke EFI,

the dreaded "long beep ".

What I've done,
Replaced thremostat and temp sensor.
Replaced all fuel lines from tank to motor.
took it to dealer, codes said low pressure fuel pump.
replaced both low and high pressure pumps.
Tested float passed and good.
Put air pressure from tank fuel line to motor and it held pressure with no leaks.
checked oil sensor and its good
Motor runs great, smooth as can be for about 4 minutes then long beep and shuts off. this happens in gear or nuteral.

throwing parts is getting real old

any ideas or tests I'm missing ?

Don't know the motor that well but if codes list "low pressure fuel pump" I would look for the sensor that reads the pressure, that could be the problem
