2005 Volvo Penta 8.1 gxi - ecm issue

Any help would be appreciated!
I have a constant misfire on #5 cylinder.
Checked all the wires going to the emc, all check out good.
Replaced coil pack ,wire, and plug. Swapped coil pack, wire, and plug with one that is working.
Spark plug is wet after running for a few seconds. Will not get over 4000 rpm.
The boat is on Grand Lake O' the Cherokees in Oklahoma.
Only other issue has only happened twice in the last month. Running the boat and it acts like You just pulled the kill switch, switch batteries to off and on again, everything is fine, except for the #5 plug not firing.

Looks like you have a bad connection or ECM

Each injector has a designated wire from ECM, Trace your wiring

Found new in box Delphi ones through Walmart. Which I am sure is from an aftermarket seller. Seems Walmart is trying to compete more and more with Amazon. Have had good luck so far with things ordered through them. Thanks,
 
Amazon and Walmart is the middle man and takes a percentage of every sell. They both use sellers which are not vetted. Buddy bought a new fish finder and was sent a tracking number. Box arrive and had a small cable in it and no finder. Took months to clear it up
 
Took a month (no s) my mistake
Basically seller said I sent the item and here is the tracking number
Buddy said I received box but it was not the finder

Final thing was Buddy called his credit card company and disputed the charge and got his money back
