90hp V4 leaking from small holes?

Ok, so I found a 1987 Johnson 90hp V4 (700 dollars) to replace my 1983 70hp Johnson.
Did the compression test and spark test. Passed with flying colors.

When I checked the tilt and trim (worked great). I noticed water leaking from the 2 very small holes at the very front of the lower unit.
Both of these holes are about the size of a needle tip.

Wondering if this is a sign that the lower unit should be redone?

No worries. Like on most outboards there has to be a way to allow water to drain from any sump areas so they won't freeze and crack the lower unit.

Ok thank you. Wasn't sure if that meant the lower unit was leaking water where it shouldn't
