DF90a mounting bolt dimensions

I'm going to be installing a brand new DF90A on a boat that I'm building, so I'm trying to make sure i have all the required hardware so I'm not scrambling when the engine shows up.
I'm stuck on exactly what size bolts I need, I know it's M12, but beyond that there are two dimensions that are not clear to me:
What is the actual hole size in the motor bracket? I'm assuming it's more than 12mm to account for the unthreaded shank of the bolt.
How deep is the hole in the motor bracket, so I can account for getting the correct length bolt to go through my transom.

My transom is 1/4" thick with a 3/8" doubler plate where the engine sits, so total 5/8" transom thickness. Just trying to figure out the bolt size and drill size I need to make sure I can get this mounted without being angry.

The screen shot below are from a 2009 DF90A Installation Manual from Suzuki. I found it on the internet about 10 years ago. I have no idea if it would apply to a new engine. One would assume your new engine would come with an Installation Manual unless it’s something Suzuki supplies to dealers only?

thank you! it's probably very similar since they want it to be easy for you to upgrade to a new engine without messing around. No idea if the engine will come with an installation manual, I'm sure they charge extra for that haha. I just want to make sure i have the hardware and everything in the right place so when I get the engine I don't sit there tripping over it for a week while waiting for the parts to arrive.

I’d ask your dealer if it comes with a Setup Manual, if not then make sure he can get one for you. The setup manual explains the throttle and gear shift settings and adjustments, electrical schematics for the various controller configurations. It will take the guesswork and head scratching out of the installation process.

Ah, true, I'll reach out and see. I'm not technically buying it from a dealer, I'm buying it from a boat yard that builds/repairs boats that my dad works for. Because nepotism I was able to get it through his distributor for about 25% off.
